Taj Mahal
The Taj Mahal in Agra is one of the world’s most iconic monuments and a timeless symbol of love. Built in the 17th century by Mughal emperor Shah Jahan in memory of his wife Mumtaz Mahal, the white marble mausoleum is admired for its perfect symmetry, intricate details, and peaceful setting along the Yamuna River.

Especially at sunrise and sunset, the Taj Mahal changes beautifully with the light, creating an unforgettable atmosphere. As a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of India’s most famous landmarks, it remains a highlight of any journey through the country.
